Robert got his start in the construction industry in the 1990’s. He brings finance management and project management to the company. Having worked in the banking industry, specializing in construction financing and overseeing expenditures for construction projects. From there expands into the construction of the cell towers from the ground up, along with the partnership he has with his brother. Robert’s scope of work expands throughout the Central and Eastern United States.
Arlan (Jay) got his start in the telecom business back in 1995. His expertise in the industry is vital to the success of Montec. He has extensive knowledge of microwave towers, project management with Nextel and Sprint as a consultant. Vice President of construction for AMX Enterprises. He manages various projects in partnership with BNSF, constructing towers designed for the railroad. Jay’s scope of work expands throughout the Western United States.
Betty came to Montec Services in 2017 with a background in Project Management and Estimating. She encompasses all aspects of the projects, from estimating, scheduling through to completion. She handles the licensing for multiple states and maintaining compliance for construction.
James came to Montec in 2017, and before that served in the Military from 1978 to 1987 highly trained in infantry operations. He was a police officer for Elkton Maryland where he utilized his skills from the Military. He also held the responsibility of Transportation and Transportation Logistics Professional for over 17 years. He handles all the documentation required for all projects, maintaining accurate records of the progress of each job. Handle all the requirements of DOT for various states to maintain compliance. Maintain the entire fleet of Montec and ensuring reliability of the fleet.
Doug came to Montec in 2018 with over 25 years’ experience starting back in 1992 in the tower industry. Doug brings a diversity of experience vital to the development and preparation of the project. Including but not limited to weather radars, cell towers, charging stations, roads and bridges. Doug has extensive experience in Underground utilities from storm, water and sewer systems. Co-locate water tanks, building stealth towers and custom towers to suit the need of the landowner.
Jesse has been with Montec for 11 years, dating back to 2006. He has over 17 years’ experience in the Cell Tower Industry. His role with Montec is a vital component in overseeing and ensuring that each erection is successful from the ground up. He is certified in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue, Tower Climbing Instructor, Competent Rigger, OSHA 10 and 30-hour and many more.
